I have questions about my pictures.
To add a picture, go to your profile, select the "My Pictures" folder, and then choose "Add Picture".
If you have uploaded several pictures, you can change your profile picture.
To delete a picture, go to the "My Pictures" folder, select the image you want to remove, and click "Delete".
Each photo is manually reviewed by our customer support before it is published. This process can take up to 1 day (depending on weekends and holidays).
If one or more of your pictures violates our terms of use or policies, they will be deleted. Therefore, it is important that you follow the terms of use and our photo guidelines.
Pictures containing violence, discriminatory suggestions, insults, political messages, or racist remarks will be deleted. We value the equal treatment of all people regardless of gender, skin color, ethnicity, or religious background.
Images showing illegal substances or preparations will be removed.
Pictures containing contact information will be deleted to protect you and others. We want our users to feel safe when communicating and therefore recommend safeguarding personal information.
We also do not accept unreadable, low-quality, obscene pictures, images that violate our terms of use, heavily edited pictures, or images that depict a celebrity.
