Abuse & Complaints
We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment on our platform. The processes below describe how to submit complaints and request content removal. These processes may change at any time at the platform’s sole discretion.
Complaint Process
Users can report any allegedly unlawful or infringing content or activity through our reporting form. We will make reasonable efforts to review your report and respond within five (5) business days. Content determined to be unlawful or infringing will be removed immediately and may be referred to law enforcement.
Content Removal Appeals
Individuals depicted in any content may request its removal. After receiving an appeal, we will verify whether valid consent was given for the content. If consent cannot be confirmed, or is invalid under applicable law, the content will be removed. Any disputes regarding consent may be reviewed by a neutral body selected and paid for by the platform.
Reporting
Complaints indicating certain types of unlawful activity may be shared with appropriate parties, including (but not limited to) our payment processor, the NCMEC, and relevant law enforcement agencies.
