Why can't I send a chat message?


This may be due to one of the following reasons:

You don't have enough credits to send messages. Regardless of whether you have chatted with the user before, sending a message requires credits. This is also specified in the Terms of Use. Therefore, make sure you have enough credits to send a message.
You are trying to send a message to a member whose search criteria do not match yours. The member may have specified that they only want to receive messages from users who match their search criteria and/or only from users with a profile picture.
It could be due to your device (computer, smartphone or tablet). In this case, try using a different web browser (e.g. Google Chrome) and/or increasing the screen resolution.
